Ingredients for Henssler’s asparagus salad Deluxe
- 6 rods of white asparagus
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red pepperoni
- 1/2 lemon
- 6 leaves wild garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 shot truffle oil (alternatively: nut oil)
preparation
- Sken thoroughly: start under the oak and go all around to the end. It works best with a damp peeler. Then crunch off the woody end.
