Ingredients for a sheet:
- 300g of robust oatmeal
- 2-3 apples, depending on the size
- 3 tablespoons of flax seeds
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 70g grated coconut
- 50 ml olive oil or coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- Optional: 40ml maple syrup for the sweetness
Preparation:
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Grate the apples and put them in a bowl with all other ingredients.
- Mix everything well and distribute the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake the granola for about 40 minutes, but keep an eye on it and mix it regularly (about every 10 minutes) so that it is baked evenly.
